Colin Van Moorsel
Colin took a passionate interest in real estate at a young age, he began studying the property taxation, assessment and appraisal industries before sparking his career in real estate sales at age 20. Starting at one of Toronto’s premier private brokerages, Colin was in charge of new development sales for some of Toronto’s most successful condominium projects. Colin later moved to Keller Williams Realty in 2015 where he earned the ‘Rising Star Award’ for rookie of the year before and joining what would later be the GTA’s #1 real estate team for Keller Williams Canada based on production. In 2018 along with his wife, Colin made the move ‘back home’ to Komoka, Ontario area after noticing the influx of GTA residents purchasing in the area. Using his experience of selling in the GTA, Colin took the approach of marketing his properties to the GTA where he was able to carve out a niche and set several price records doing so, earning him Top Producer Under 30 at his firm 5 out of the last 6 years and the number one individual agent based on production in 2023. Colin continuously researches new and innovative methods while focusing on the ultimate client experience and continuing his mission to modernize the real estate experience through technology, collaborative teamwork and superior customer service.
